The product was shipped timely and undamaged. The product was easy to assemble, especially the fireplace insert. Some reviews said there was a problem with the doors not lining up, however I had no problem. Definitely use a hand drill instead of a screwdriver though. It’s beautiful! I love it!!!
Great value for the price. We looked at similar instore items and they were 4-5 times the price. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is better instructions on lining up the doors. Once I figured that out it was easy.
The fireplace looks great once it’s assembled. The instructions were not too bad, however there were one confusing part, where it asked to use black screw, I ended up reusing the screw of the fireplace where you have to remove from the previous step. I also have issue with reinstalling the door a few times to try to see if I can fix the gap. Don’t worry too much about the gap, because once you install the fireplace, it will cover the gap perfectly. I wasted a good 15 minutes because of this. One small complaint I have is that, behind the door, there are no holes to run wire behind. I ended up drilling my own hold so I can run wire. This TV fireplace was delivered in two separate packages and they both arrive of the same time for m without any damage. So far we have been using the fireplace light to add warmth to the room. We like that we can just turn on the LED light without turning on the heat, since on some day it is too not cold enough. Very satisfied overall with the product. We have been using it every day.
