About Delivery Time
We have four warehouses in the United States. No matter which state you are in, we will choose a very efficient and fast way of transportation to deliver the goods to you in time.

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Oneinmil Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Oneinmil may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Oneinmil Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
About Return and Exchange
Template: If the goods we receive are intact, we will return them to you within 30 days.
If the product has quality problems, we support the return within one month after receiving the goods.
And we will provide a one-year warranty period, as well as lifelong customer service. No matter you have any questions, you are welcome to communicate with us in a timely manner.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
