The add states 78% off of 499. 99 which is $109, but I’m suppose to believe I hit a wrong link and further more there is not even a phone number for me to call someone, I emailed them and they responded two days later. "Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order and my item was delivered to the wrong state. When I contacted them—per Amazon’s advice—the agent barely acknowledged the call, didn’t provide her name or the company’s name, and acted like she wasn’t even working. She told me to file a claim with FedEx, despite the fact that she could clearly track the package and see it was misdelivered. I explained I just wanted the item I paid for. She said someone would follow up by email within 24 hours and told me to check my junk folder. It’s been longer than that, and I’ve heard nothing. Their refund policy says it can take up to 15 days to get your money back—even for an item you never received. If the agent had bothered to check, she would’ve seen that too. Thankfully, Amazon is stepping in to refund me. I paid nearly $300 including delivery, and this company has shown zero accountability. If you actually want to receive what you order, I strongly recommend buying else where."
"OMG! I LOVE my new TV stand. I had Wayfair send their contractor to install it. It was totally worth the price because I didn't want to do the manual work. The guy took around 3 hours to build it. The electric fire and lighting are beautiful, and the heater works like a charm. I'm so warm and cozy in my living room. It was totally worth the buy."

On cooler days he'll let me use the heat, at which time I'll comment on how it performs. By the way, he put it together and was satisfied with its instructions and ease of assembly. He only needed my help to get the top piece onto the metal pins. Easy peasey!"
